Covid-19 Update: Spotless Interiors and Spotless Commercial are again open to provide domestic and commercial cleaning services in the Peterborough area.
We have a reduced team currently and will be doing our best to accommodate as many of our clients as we can. We expect to have more team members available to work over the coming weeks.
In the meantime, we would like to advise that in light of the current risk from COVID19, we have taken the following additional measures:
- All our staff have received training on the risks of COVID19 and the measures we can take to minimise them
- Our Health and Safety Policy, Risk Assessment and associated health and safety documentation has all been reviewed and updated
- We are issuing a leaflet to all clients to set out the changes to the way in which we will be operating
- All changes have been made in line with Government advice and also advice taken from our training provider and HR consultant
- Our priority as a business has been to do our utmost to ensure the safety of our team and all our clients and this will continue to be the case

With many commercial cleaning providers available, what would make you want to choose us?
We will provide you with a detailed, site and client specific quotation based upon your requirements following our initial meeting. An individual Risk Assessment will also be carried out.
We charge you for the appointments you have, not a fixed monthly sum (subject to our Terms and Conditions). So, if an incident at your building means it is not appropriate for us to clean at that time, you will not be charged.
We have a team of dedicated, reliable cleaners, many of whom have been with us for several years. Our staff have received appropriate Health and Safety training and are provided with all the equipment and products they require (including all PPE equipment relevant) in order to provide an excellent level of cleaning service each and every time. Our Health and Safety and staff welfare practises are regularly reviewed.
All our cleaners are uniformed, DBS checked and receive full training and support from us. They are all employed by us and considered part of a team. Your will have the same member of staff carry out your cleaning each time.
We regularly review the quality of work being provided and are available to discuss your cleaning throughout the day and many evenings.
It is very rare that we are unable to provide cover for staff illness or holiday, giving you a regular service you can rely upon.
Our Terms and Conditions are relatively straightforward and clearly set out our obligations and what is required from all our clients without including complicated, unnecessary terms.
We are one of only a handful of cleaning companies in the Peterborough area who are approved by Safe Local Trades.
